Refund Policy

• Cost of freight on return are with customer. 
• Refunds are payable after receiving the product not used or damaged. 
• we do not accept refund on custom made orders. 
• We only accept refund on custom made orders if there has been a mistake from us. If your measurement was not correct at first place, often we can see the mistake comparing them with the picture of your dog and will ask you to remeasure.
